Driver's License Issues: Failing to Transfer a Driver's License to a New State

Hello,

I moved to a new state (CT) over 3 years ago from MA and neglected to transfer my driving license to CT. I recently received an unrelated ticket for a turn violation, which I want to plead not guilty. No comments were made on my MA driving license when I received the ticket, but this may come up if I go to court (?). What would then be the fine for not transferring a driving license? (How much?) How many point on the license would it be?
Should I transfer my license before going to court or will it make more confusing?
I have sent my ticket back yet to plead not guilty for this turn violation. I wonder what is the best thing to do here.
