My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: NEW YORK
I purchased a Canary home security camera last year. today, i found out when i went to review recordings of something that happened in the house that i could not because there is no recording unless i pay for it. Canary has changed the user agreement. i am no longer entitled to the motion detected activity recordings, only a "clip" a span of 3 seconds.
For me, this has rendered this 160 dollar purchase useless. I feel ive been baited and switched. do i have any recourse or rights?
