My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Oregon
I consigned on auto loan, car reposed within 6 months .... today Gors Motor Credit still coming after me after 20 yrs ... Last letter a month or so ago says $48,000.00 + is owed on a $9,000.00 loan .... they have wiped out my bank account 2x in 20 yrs .... I never heard anything from them in the 10 yrs when they did first bank wipe out. Help !!
