My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: California
I live in a small unit that consists of a living room, small kitchenette area, bathroom and a ''bedroom''. There is also no window in this bedroom. The bedroom has walls separating the living space from the bedroom and has a door frame but no door. So is this considered a studio because there is no door connecting to this back room? Or a door-less bedroom?
