Giving Notice: Landlord Said Month to Month Lease

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Oregon

Landlord said month to month lease, lease said month to month in big letters on the front.
Tacked on page fine print page said give 30 days notice before moving did not see fine print, not sure if I actually signed that page since all I have is a copy and it does not have my signature anywhere on it
