My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: New Mexico
I am an ebay seller located in Vermont. I recently sold an antminer s9, valued at $4,000, to a customer in New Mexico. The customer immediately asked for a refund but I was in the process of shipping the package and did ship the package. The item arrived on Jan 30th via UPS ground, but about 15 minutes before the item was delivered ebay refunded the buyer, through my paypal account without my knowledge, the $4,000 saying the item had not been delivered yet.
I have tried to work with ebay and they are refusing to help. Paypal said they will help me but I have not seen anything yet. I have tried contacting the buyer through email 5 times but have yet to hear back.
What should I do? How should I proceed from here?
