My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Indiana
Can my mom keep me from moving out at 18 if she tells a court that My ADHD is keeping me from making the right choices for myself, and brings up my past of stealing from her and if I'm still in school, Even tho i can take care of myself I can get a job, i can get my licens and I can do whan I need to do to live on my own. When I move out I will be living with my boyfriends parent.
