My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: south carolina
So about 3 years ago my wife got a speeding ticket. Recently we were looking for cheaper insurance and found out that she had a suspension for one day on her record. I contacted the dmv and what they said happened was that were paid the ticket two early. And that my wife was given a reciept to bring in at a later date. The dmv has a record that she tried to bring in paper on two different times. A month after that they suspended her license for one day and now they refuse to remove it from her record.
