Hello.
I want to become a licensed, out of home, micro winery, and had a couple questions on the matter:
-Will applying and receiving the license mean that I now have a business and can start selling wine or do I need to take separate steps and open a specific type of business?
-Will receiving a license under a specific brand name mean that I own that name or do I need to apply separately for name/trademark?
I probably missed a lot of questions I need to ask, but I have zero knowledge when it comes to business.
