My question involves criminal law for the state of: Massachusetts
Year it occured: 2015
When I was 15, I was manipulated into sleeping with a 17 year old. Basically I was naive, but it's followed me around throughout high school. The issue is I ended up in a relationship with the same guy in 2017, which ended. Since the ending of it, I began thinking more about what happened and how it happened. I just want to know if I can sue for his actions two years ago and if it's worth it.
