My question involves criminal law for the state of: Iowa My husband is on federal probation for using the FCC to threaten someone. He has threatened to burn down my house that my dead mother gave to me and me alone. He is eating 20-30 Zannax and clonapin daily. He threatens me daily about my job. He has recently started an affair with a woman he met on Plenty of Fish that lives in Moline illinois and has spent 2 days and nights at her house and 1 other day and night the weekend before... He sits in my home saying I can't get him out as he verbally abuses me and causes me to have undo stress that my Multiple sclerosis cannot handle. I am going to file for a divorce , but I don't want him in my home.. Should I call his federal probation officer Monday morning? Can I have the police take him out with a restraining order due to the mental abuse... I really need help here...
