My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: California
I have an airline eticket which points to a "TermsAndConditions" webpage on its website. But this page clearly states "the accuracy of the information on this page cannot be gauranteed"
1. Does'nt this make the ticket have no terms specified by the airline?
2.An expert on a travel forum googled and found another page called "CitizenCharter" and claimed this page should be used instead. But is a consumer even required to google?
3.My understanding is that the terms are set at time of sale and cannot be changed. In other words if the information in the ticket and the linked terms page were put into a single document -that would be effectively what the airline provided as the terms of the sale. Using another webpage would then invalidate the terms under which the ticket was purchased.
Please clarify.
