My question involves malpractice in the state of: Oklahoma
I am wondering who can be a beneficiary of a wrongful death / medical malpractice case in Oklahoma?
The decedent's spouse has passed and so is her daughter but she has 1 other child (son) and I'm assuming he is the only beneficiary but could a child of the daughter who has passed be a beneficiary? Regardless could any damages be divided so the rest of the family receives their agreed upon fair share? We are trying to avoid the son from taking everything or not split things fairly.
