Harassment for Wifi Network Name in Apt Complex

Recently, one apartment in our complex has changed the name of their wireless router to a name that directly insults another apartment's tenants by name. Can this legally be considered a defamation of their character? And are there any options to pursue legal action against the apartment complex if they refuse to ask the apartment to change the name of the router? This information is publicly available to all tenants in the complex and calls out the tenants by the name of their apartment (of which there is only one instance of this apartment number in the building).
