Discovery: Carpool Lane Violation - is It Worth Getting Attorney

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Washington

Recently got a carpool lane violation in Seattle for using it as a passing lane. I was going to get it amended to an "inattentive driving" violation via plea bargain. However a couple of days ago I got a speeding ticket, so I am now trying to figure out how to juggle the two; I'm guessing the outcome of the first ticket may affect the second. I have a clean record and I'd like to keep it that way, so I might hire an attorney.

Here is the discovery for the carpool lane violation:

Based on the discovery, would there be any point in hiring an attorney? Judge heavily implied that with a clean record we could get a plea bargain for an "inattentive driving" violation, so I can do that on my own for free (minus time missed off work)... would an attorney be able to get it completely dismissed or would they get the same result?
