I know of an individual who regularly uses cocaine and Marijuana, often times while on duty at her job. Her job is that of school bus attendant on a public school bus that transports disabled children to and from school. Her job responsibilities include securing wheelchairs before transport, verifying the children are properly seat belted, and attending to the children's individual needs while on the bus. Would the individual be guilty of child neglect or endangerment since bodily harm could occur to the children if not properly secured?
