My ex boyfriend moved out of my house 25 days ago. I own the home and it was his decision to move out. He has taken most of his stuff but will not come to get the rest. There is tons of trash but also good items like tools and 3 vehicles. He is making no attempt to get it. What are my rights? Can I sell the items? How long do I have to wait to file for an abandoned vehicle title? I just want his stuff out of my home and off my property.
