Use and Enforcement: Servient Blocking Row

My question involves real estate located in the State of: Maine

I have a long standing lawsuit with a neighbor for closing a ROW which was court ordered to open and specifically states cannot be blocked or obstructed and I have full use of the full 33 feet. There have been lots of other issues I have posted recently but last night and this morning things escalated.

The neighbor who says she owns the ROW ( we are joint owner per our deeds and she just wont except it) last night parked her car directly in the ROW and installed chairs' and tables and no trespassing signs 100 percent blocking my ROW. I am waiting for the cops to come out now. 7:05 AM.

The DA has said she will do something to her if she blocks the ROW and the cops said they will ask her to move but cant force her to. We will see what the cops do today.

If she want to play the owner card of the ROW then she is the servient and has zero rights to block the ROW or hindrance the use in any way correct? In addition can she be charged with trespass?

She is pisses as I have not removed gravel across a 15 foot section of unused ROW to connect my other lot as ordered which 100 percent DOES NOT interfere with the row use..

I guess my question is can she be charged with trespass for blocking the row as a servient state.
I want to remove the items but my more level headed half says not to and let her hang herself with this as we go back to court.

thanks for hearing me vent
Larry
