My question involves criminal law for the state of: California
What can I do to put an end to the harassment, have the neighbors move, or put such a lien on the property that the owner cannot deed the property to the drug addicts threatening us.
The owner of the property said in court he plans to leave his house to the people living under him. We have so many documents, videos, and recordings of the threats. We don't even call the sheriff anymore.
We have contacted the sheriff numerous times concerning the tenants next-door. We, my wife and I have been awarded orders of protection MSN16-0826 and MSN16-0827. The neighbor has many civil harassment and protection orders granted against him.
Tonight my wife & I were threatened from people coming from the neighbors house.

The video shows someone harassing my wife and I as we sit on the deck eating dinner. I don't know who the guy in the video is but he comes out of the neighbors house.

This is getting so bad I am talking with my wife about getting a firearm to protect ourselves.

My wife is alone at home 15 hours a day while I work in the city. We bought our dream house only to be harassed from people living in the house next door.
