My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Ohio
My husbands ex wife filed a complaint in which she wants him to pay expenses with school,doctors and other stuff, since 2010 until now. Every time my husband was asking her if he needs to give her other money than the child support her answer was always NO. But , now she is asking a lot of money retroactive. My question is: she can do that? If she has expenses for the kid does she not have to notify the father and present him the invoices in 7 or 30 days? Thank you.
