My question involves defamation in the state of: Maine

last year my neighbor accused me of attempted murder for trying to run her over, she called the cops, made a statement of attempted murder and called the DA for over a week everyday to see if she would charge me with attempted murder.
She said I was driving through the ROW as she was walking from her car (that was parked on the side of the traveled way of the ROW) to her house when she heard my engine rev up and swerve towards her and she had to jump out of the way.
I didnt know she went to the police until a week or two later when they came to my house to summons me for reckless endangerment. In my town the police will go to the DA with the reports and if the DA want to prosecute then a summons gets issued.........bizzar i think. I work overseas and i was leaving the next morning so I just blew it off and decide to deal with the issue when I returned.
The real Story.
I have a dash cam that is always on when driving past the ROW. The dash cam showed her cleaning her car in the ROW with all doors open, when she heard me driving on the ROW she looked up, left doors open, stared at me as I was coming closer, she then slowly walked towards her house across the ROW in front of me stood with her arms crossed at the edge of her yard and the ROW as I turned away from her all doing 5mph....
When I returned from my rotation I showed the DA the dash cam and within an hr everything was dropped and an email from the DA was received by me dismissing everything and that is when the DA told me about the neighbor calling everyday asking to charge me with attempted murder.......
Since it is clear what happend was night and day from her verbal and written report can I take her to court for malicious prosecution? She keeps trying to put false crap on me that can effect my security clearance, it always fails as I always have camera's on me to prove I do not do anything.
one of the neighbors prior to me buying him out tried to get me served for harassment when in reality i was overseas. when the cops showed up at 10 pm at night to serve me my poor wife thought I was dead, why else would the sheriff be at our door that late when I am gone. when my wife said I had been gone for months the sheriff loooked puzzled and said why I am I being served for harassment, he left and nothing was ever done with that one.
