My question involves a child custody case from the State of: CA
We divorced 10 years ago and child support order issued in OH and I live in CA dad lives in OH. Dad is non custodial parent and he never visited to see the children. He had visitation orders to see the child thrice in a year to travel CA at his cost and spend with child. Is there anyway can I make/force him to see the child or file a motion in contempt the court order.
