Can a judge strike down an insurance contract for 18+ years of child support payments in the event of a vasectomy failure on grounds of public policy?
Basically, I am trying to figure out if this is a viable option for me in place of surgical castration (plus hormone replacement therapy, obviously). After all, just like cis-women in areas with abortion access, I myself certainly want to have penis-in-vagina sex with fertile and potentially fertile people of the opposite sex *without* the risk of *ever* being forced to pay child support afterwards. As of right now, I am *strongly* leaning in favor of getting surgically castrated (and taking hormone replacement therapy--whatever kind I will prefer--afterwards, obviously); however, I am wondering if there is the option of insurance which will pay *all* of my child support for 18+ years in the event of a vasectomy failure. After all, if such insurance exists, then I will at least seriously consider it. However, I also have to be 100% sure that such an insurance contract *isn't* going to get struck down by some court(s) on grounds of public policy. Indeed, it would be an extreme tragedy to have such an insurance contract only to have some court(s) strike down this insurance contract on grounds of public policy! :(
Also, No, this post of mine certainly isn't a joke but is rather an attempt to try figuring out all of my options in regards to this. :) In addition to this, if this information is relevant, I currently live in California. :)
Anyway, does anyone here any thoughts on what I wrote here and on this question of mine? :)
