My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Washington
So I received a traffic ticked from an officer at the end of December and since I was challenging it I sent in my request for a court date and the officers statement. I waited for weeks to receive the statement and my court date and when I did it was postmarked as of January 28th and my court date is February 11th. Isn't the court supposed to give you ample time to prepare for your court date? I was wondering if I can get my date rescheduled or even dismissed since now I can't take the time off work.
