Breaking a Lease: Roommate Won't Let Me Break Lease, Can't Find a Replacement

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: SD

I signed a lease in August 2015 with what seemed like a nice girl. I paid the full deposit, including the pet deposit, furnished the whole apartment, and kept the place clean. Since, she has become a bad roommate, and I have already moved out. I cannot afford to keep paying my rent and have made many attempts to find a replacement with no success. She will not let me out of the lease without a replacement. She has no reason to find a new roommate because she is basically living in a 2 br apartment by herself right now and has no obligations to keep it clean since no one lives with her. I have no legal grounds to break the lease with her, so what are my options in getting out of this lease in the cheapest way possible? Worst case, i pay out the remaining 7 months, but if there's any way to avoid this I'd like to do that.
