Use and Enforcement: Pennsylvania Utility Easement

My question involves real estate located in the State of: Pennsylvania

I just bought a house in Pennsylvania. There is a power line running through my backyard to a neighbors house. It is about 12' above my deck. When researching, I cant seem to find a utility easement running through my property. It seems the power lines would run closer to the property boundary and not through the middle.

Am I stuck with this power line, or can I have it moved?
