Seller Disclosure: Leaks in Basement Not on Disclosure

My question involves real estate located in the State of: Pennsylvania

I purchased a home 4 months ago. This past weekend the basement flooded, luckily only ruining the carpet. Just from looking at our disclosure, they did not have to report cracks in the slab because when they owned the home (it was a 3 month flip) the basement did not flood. But where my question comes into play is that on the disclosure, they listed no for the statement that said "Are you aware of any repairs done to stop water coming into the basement." After ripping up the carpet and finding the leaking cracks, it is clear that someone attempted to fix the cracks at some point in time because there is a different color sealer directly covering all the exposed cracks. This may have been the company that flipped the house or previous owners. I believe PA law takes into account the sellers expertise in selling/remodeling homes, which this company would fall under since they have been remodeling homes for years. Is the seller liable for any of the damages or even going as far as putting in a drain or sealing the cracks? I feel like they should be since it was not disclosed and they just put new carpet in the basement covering it all up. Any help would be appreciated, I am hesitant to contact an attorney because I obviously did not want to pay anything if we don't even have a case. Thank you.
