My question involves real estate located in the State of: Nebraska Is there any way to get a life estate revoked, removed, or somehow absolved? I was tricked into signing one that was incorporated in a " No Sale Contract ". I had agreed to the no sale, at the time, but didn't understand what the Life Estate Deed was. This was 2 yrs ago, since that time, it's been nothing but trouble. the other party has removed or changed fence bounderies, removed buildings, locked me out of some buildings, requiring me getting the local sheriff. now, while I was on vacation this year, my property was robbed of $ 26000. worth of equipment. The other party lives on the same property, new of the robbery, saw it happening, but failed to do anything to prevent it. She didn't even notify the sheriff about it, claiming it wasn't her problem. I need to get rid of these people. I'm retired and totally disabled, i need help!
