My question involves landlord-tenant lState of: Oklahoma. i was looking at the list of cost for repairs when a tentant moves out. Which i think are way too much. But they got a cost of $100 per room to paint. i am eldery and have lived here 8 years. And they. Allow smoking in apartment. When someone moves ouut they paint and replace carpet or clean it anyway to get ready for next. Tentant. Why should I pay to paint. The walls when after 8 years they would need to be painted anyway.and the carpet replaced. That would be normal wear.
Can they still charge. .
