My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Florida.
I've lived here at this apartment complex for 5 years and I just recently got a disability that has become permanent because of my back, I live on the second floor so I have to climb up two flights of stairs in order to access the apartment and theirs no elevators. I'd like to get out of my lease without any bad marks on my records, I'd like to relocate closer to family and on the ground floor. I've studied my lease and theirs no mention of early release or breaking the lease if that helps.
Any input would be appreciated.
