My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: PA
Bought a vehicle from a dealership in PA. Signed an “as is” no warranty in which states seller assumes no responsibility for the repair after purchase. After purchase, the car broke down within 5 minutes. Called back dealership but refused to refund and then did not call me back when was told a call back. Can I report the dealership to an attorney general for possible unethical practice? Will I have an argument in court if I were to sue? Or will I stand a chance?
