Unemployment Benefits: Can You Start a Business While Receiving Unemployment Benefits

My question involves business law in the state of: WA

Hi, I lost my job and receiving unemployment benefits. Also, I want to try to start a new business (consulting service) without loosing unemployment benefit until I become successful.

I am un WA state. Is anyway to do this without losing benefits? Or do I have to register the business under another person's name? If i register under another person's name , will it create issues when setting up the bank account, paying tax etc.
