My question involves marriage law for the State of: California

I live in California and my fiancé resides in Illinois.
We will be getting married in California.
Do I need a prenuptial for the below situation:
1) I have unvested RSU which I would like to make it as separate property.
2) I have cash in bank, that I was planning to use as downpayment for a house. I am planning to purchase the house after my marriage but I would like to make the downpayment(and any equity on the downpayment) as separate property.
