My question involves a impounded vehicle with a 30-day hold from the state of: California.
I'm going to start straight with what I can legally do once the 30-day hold is up on the vehicle.
1- will the tow fee increase with a 30-day hold?
2-Can there be an additional hold placed on the vehicle due to criminal activity or an ongoing investigation?
3- with the legal owner now incarcerated, who can pick up the vehicle?
4- will it make a difference if the vehicle was sold prior to being impounded?
If there is any relevance in question 4 all evidence of this sale is possibly within the vehicle itself
5- is there anyway to retrieve that documentation for any type of alternative outcome to the status of vehicle now?
