My question involves real estate located in the State of: NH
I bought a condo recently, in the listing it was mentioned that the house is hardwood floored and my agent said the same and it looked like hardwood.
After buying I learned from someone that it is not hardwood floor, part of the house is laminate floor and part is manufactured wood floor. Which is much cheeper than hardwood. Do I have a right to ask the seller to compensate as I was mislead in the disclosure.
