Transfer of Title: Obtaining Title to Jetskis That Were Never Paid Off 10 Years Ago

My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Nevada

My son bought two new jetskis in 2004. Then in 2008 he was sent to prison. His house was foreclosed on, car reposessed and he doesn't even know what happened to the contents of his condo. But he kept his jetskis in my barn before he was arrested so they were never picked up. It is now summer of 2017 and I'm now selling my farm and want to get rid of the jetskis. My son gave me power of attorney to sell them to recoup a little of the money I paid for his legal fees.

He still owed for one year on the jetskis so GE Money probably has the title on them. I'm sure they have charged it off by now, but my son being in prison has no idea, nor cares about where the title is. Is there a statute of limitations on the loan? How could I go about obtaining title to the jetskis in order to sell them?
