My question involves a child support modification from the State of: Texas
My ex husband lied about what he made twice on a child support modification stating he made a lot less. Well now he obtained an attorney to negotiate lowering his child support by around $400.00 because he feels it's only right. The Texas Attorney General advised me to file for a modification because of what he did so my question now is since I found out he lied can I sue him for back child support for my kids. I've read that if you can prove the non custodial parent intentionally lied that you can. Our kids are from 22-17.
