My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: WA
Below is the officer's report I received for discovery:
Am I correct in assuming I have a strong case for a motion to exclude for lacking foundation? What are the strongest arguments? Also, is there an argument to be made about all the extra report template stuff like crosswalks and school busses?
Furthermore, is it implied that the PA can call the officer to testify? In my request for discovery I asked for a witness list, and no witnesses were provided, and I feel that there is a higher than normal probability that the officer may be present due to the nature of the speed trap and the number of motorists caught in it.
