My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: vermont. last year I and my 16yr old daughter bought a car for her use. paid cash outright. car is titled and registered to both. she would like free reign with the car and I agree as long as, and here is my question, she can have it regisregistered and titled solely to her. I understand she can own her own insurance policy at her age, now 17, so I would like to know if it's possible to get my name removed? I looked all over online and can not find anything saying she can't but nothing saying she can either. thanks
