Co-Ownership: What are Co-Owner Rights After a Deed of Gift

Good Day...

My two sisters and I are listed as three-fourths undivided interested for a gfited deed. Does this mean that we have all rights to the deed of the proerty?
Would anyone be able to take us off the deed without our knowledge or say so? Could someone else sell the property without our signature or knowledge?
