My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas. My 15 year old daughter has been having conversations on Facebook with a 21 year old man. He has sent her nude photos as well as masturbation videos. Although she flirts and has sent pics, she is not nude in any of them and at one point tells him he "sounds scary". I have screenshots of messages where he states he "doesn't care how old she is... She's mature enough for him!".... He's come to meet up with her on several occasions and has even had the nerve to come to my house, but my husband ran him off. Although I can't prove they have actually had sex, can I still press charges? This man is obviously a pedophile but without proof of sexual contact is there any pornography or delinquency of a minor charges or anything I can pursue? I need to make sure he's not doing this to other young girls!
