My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: Hawaii
I filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy as means to force another party into a settlement agreement. I had no debts except this one. We reached a settlement agreement and the Bankruptcy was dismissed rather than discharged. I filed in 2016. The questions is, can I file again since there was no discharge and all I had done was simply file the bankruptcy? Or do I have to wait a period of years? If I have to wait, how long and from what date is it measured? Thanks
