Trademarks: Am I Committing Trademark Infringement

So I have just started a business "whatever. Skateboards LLC" (exact name i registered with the state of colorado), turns out there is a company in San Diego, CA called "Whatever Skateboards" they started in 2014. Now I am registered as a whole sale business and they are shopping and retail. I will sell mainly to shops, they sell mainly to individuals. Our logos and website are vastly different, they specialize in custom build your own skateboards where as I sell a limited amount of pre printed skateboards. The look and feel of our company is absolutely unequal. I am not trying to deceive consumers at all.

Can I continue to do business under this name?

Are there steps to limit consumer confusion, if there would be any?
