Custody and Visitation Issues: Ex-Spousee's Fiancee is Threatening My Child

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Indiana

Thank you for reading this. I hope you can help me. My EH and I have been divorced for almost a year. We have an 8 year old daughter and she comes home from his house and tells me things that happen there. She has revealed to me over the past couple weeks that his fiancee threatens to slap the kids (my daughter and her two kids) if they do not do what she says. Further, my daughter has told me that the fiancee has threatened to pinch her if she does not sing in church. I spoke to my EH last weekend and told him that I found it inappropriate that this woman is threatening our child, no matter how small the threats may sound. I do not believe she is within her right to do so and I asked him to speak to her about it and make her stop, as it makes our daughter uncomfortable.

Today, my daughter informed me that the fiancee still said that she would pinch her if she didn't sing in church and that the fiancee also said she didn't care if I thought it was appropriate or not because she does what she wants to do. What can I do to help my daughter out? My EH and I have joint legal custody and I have physical custody. I have considered a restraining order against the fiancee, but I feel like this may be excessive on one hand and on the other hand, a restraining order would prevent my daughter from seeing her father (he lives with his fiancee), which at this point I do not want to do. He was a pretty good dad before he started seeing this woman. Now my daughter just comes home from her dad's house completely miserable. Please help!
