My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of Texas, city: Dallas
1) I got a speeding ticket in which it says alleged speed: 52 mph, limit: 40 mph, spd det: Laser. Should i fight this ticket?
2) I even don't remember at what speed I was driving. So, if I should fight this ticket, what will I have to do, and is it even worth it to fight the ticket; by this I mean is there any chance I can win if I plead not guilty.
