My question involves a child custody case from the State of: VA
Using the VA child support calculator it shows my child obligation is 70% and he is 30% It does include the cost for healthcare but not medical out of pocket expenses. In our current court order, he is responsible to pay 50% of medical out of pocket expenses and he is looking to change that also to 30%. Is that how is is usually done and not the 50%?
