My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: Nevada I bought a 2013 tao tao scooter with only a bill of sale. I was able to register it in my name. I was involved in an accident where a woman hit me at a four way stop she was cited for failing the write of way. Her insuance deemed my scooter a total loss but before they an issue me a check they need the title. Dmv says the scooter has never been titled now what?o
