My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: San Diego California
I received a citation for SDMC 86.0111 in my neighborhood on 02/03/2018. I submitted a public records request for the hill grade for a stretch of the street on 02/04/2018. I tried to upload a screen shot of the request but it seems I am unable too.
The response given does not meet the requirements of Government Code 6253. I have until 02/25/2018 to submit the appeal but being that it is 5 days out of compliance. Am I able to file an appeal based on lack of public record verifying the grade of the hill? I honestly do not believe it is over 3%. Is there any templates or best verbiage. I copied the information to date that provides that I have not received a response as of 2/19/2018.
The last notification was:
