My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: nh
I had a previous sinus infection and was out for two days. After a round of steroids and antibiotics I went back to the dr and had shingles she said was brought on by a comprised immune system from the infection. The Dr said I was contagious for at least 72 hrs and gave me a note to be excused from work. I called my employer and was told she did not care that I was contagious and I had to work my shifts for the next two days and she didn't care I ws contagious. I need my job but feel responsible for the exposure. Also the pain from the shingles is barely tolerabe
