My question involves restraining orders in the State of: FL
can a respondent file a motion to recoup money like atty fees, place to live etc and successfully collect if injunction for protection was dismissed? Trying to be as concise as possible and not give too many details. Temp injunction forced him to move from his home temporarily. Court did not see evidence of violence and therefore dismissed case (wrongfully I believe)
Here's the kicker... initial atty is not the atty trying to file motion. Not even from the same firm. Is it true that an atty cannot recoup costs from another atty? I don't know if I'm asking correctly.
